From OutdoorLiving to a Full Home Remodel
My relationship with this particular client began when they hired me for outdoor space planning and selection of furnishings. We designed an inviting, functional outdoor living area that became a natural extension of their home.
From there, they brought me on to design their retreat home, creating a relaxing getaway that reflected their style. The trust we built through those projects led to the next exciting chapter—transforming their primary home in Fairfield, Ohio, into a modern, functional, and beautifully cohesive space.

Inside the Housetrends Feature
The July issue highlights one of my most rewarding Cincinnati-area home remodels—a transformation that balanced modern style, functional living, and timeless design. For this home, paint colors, wallpaper, and countertops were thoughtfully selected to create a cohesive and inviting backdrop. Unique lighting fixtures were chosen to not only illuminate the space but also serve as statement pieces, adding depth, warmth, and personality to each room.
In the living room and dining room, we utilized existing furnishings in a way that worked beautifully with the new color palette and the updated function of the space. Careful placement created improved traffic flow, ensuring that both rooms feel open, comfortable, and ready for everyday living or entertaining.
The feature showcases plenty of before-and-after transformations, giving readers an inside look at the process, the challenges we overcame, and the details that made the home shine.
