Full-Service Basement Remodel

This unfinished basement was transformed through a full-service interior design and remodeling process with one important goal: completing the first phase in time for the homeowners to welcome guests for an upcoming family wedding. We began with comprehensive space planning that considered both immediate and future needs, including a new bedroom with an egress window, full bathroom with shower, home gym designed around existing equipment, kitchenette and bar, entertainment area, and future living and furniture plan. Detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and curated material selections established the design direction before construction and created a clear roadmap for each phase of the renovation.

With a firm deadline, design and construction coordination were critical. I worked alongside the contractor while managing design decisions, selections, and project timing to help keep each phase moving efficiently and complete the priority spaces on schedule. Future areas were thoughtfully incorporated into the original plans so the homeowners can continue the renovation without starting the design process over again.
