Full-Service Furniture Design & Space Planning
This Cincinnati interior design project transformed a bachelor pad into a sophisticated, comfortable home designed equally for a father and his daughter. The goal was to create a warm, inviting living space with comfortable seating, a place for homework and piano practice, game and craft storage, a dining area that could accommodate everyday meals and additional guests, and a functional work-from-home office. The process began with detailed space planning and furniture layouts to navigate challenging windows, return vents, the fireplace, traffic flow, and proper furniture scale. From there, 3D renderings were developed and refined until the furniture, textures, colors, and overall design reflected the client’s aesthetic and established investment.
With the design approved, I managed the furniture sourcing and procurement, custom window treatments, storage solutions, furnishings, accessories, delivery, installation, and final styling to create a cohesive, fully finished home. Strategic furniture planning allowed the dining table to serve multiple purposes, while new draperies softened the space and carefully curated furnishings brought warmth and personality to the home. This project is a great example of full-service interior design in Cincinnati without the need for a major remodel—using professional space planning, 3D renderings, curated furniture selections, procurement, and turnkey installation to create a sophisticated home tailored to how the client actually lives.
